NEW DELHI: Tech giant Google and online education leaderCoursera recently launched a certificate course aimed at filling entry-level IT support jobs globally.
The enrollment for the Google IT Support Professional Certificate course has started today on the official website of the Coursera - www.coursera.org
The course has been developed by subject-matter experts at Google and will be offered exclusively on Coursera.
The course aims to help anyone with no prior experience to be ready for an entry-level IT support job in 8 to 12 months.
The program will be offered through a dynamic mix of video lectures, quizzes, and hands-on labs and widgets. It will also introduce candidates to troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, automation, and security.

If the candidates dedicate at least 8-10 hours a week, they can complete the certificate in about just eight months.
