We are pleased to inform you that NCPUL is going to organize 12th Kul Hind Urdu Kitab Mela at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi from 26th March to 3rd April 2011. You are requested to give full cooperation to make the Book Fair a grand success. In this regard you are requested to take following actions:
1. The Centre Inhcarge, three faculties and all students will attend the inaugural as well as valedictory functions to be held on 26th March and 3rd April respectively.
2. One computer Centre including Centre Incharge, faculty and all students will visit the Book Fair during 26th March to 2nd April as per scheduled attached.
3. Convocation/certificate distribution program will be held during the Book Fair. Exact date will be communicated to the Centres after confirmation from the Chief Guest.
4. All Centres are required to submit certificate of the students (session 2009-10) to NCPUL, so that it could be given to the students along with trophies to top three rankers by the Honorable Chief Guest.
5. The Centres are requested to collect Banner and Hand bills from NCPUL prepared for publicity of the Book Fair, and get them displayed and distributed in their respective areas.
